She runs her own training and coaching businesses and has managed several Registered Training Organisations. As well as personal coaching and training in business and leadership, she has trained new trainers into the profession and loves everything about the human psyche and what makes people tick.

What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a
process of transformation facilitated by a qualified life coach who understands
how to guide and facilitate personal change in others. They have studied life
coaching, personality profiling, NLP to name a few areas. They may be qualified
trainers or not. They are fascinated by the human psyche and what motivates
behaviour and they are expert at recognising and helping others recognise
behaviours, habits, skills and strategies to produce excellent results.
They will use their skills in active listening and questioning techniques to guide you to explore new perspectives and options open to you so that you are no longer stuck in your old patterns, habits and behaviours. They will encourage you to set action plans between sessions so that you start to rewire your brain for change and embed your new more empowering habits and behaviours.
Coaching is 100% confidential and judgement free and provides a safe environment to work through issues in an unbiased setting.
What happens during a coaching session?
At the beginning of the session you will set a goal to achieve by the end of the session, so this could be clarity around a particular issue, breaking a habit, creating a more empowering mindset etc. I will help you to set a goal that you can work towards within the timeframe. By the end of the session you will have some clarity and an action plan to continue to work on with this issue and at the next session we will debrief. You will be able to email me between sessions to get support and keep on track.
How many sessions will I need?
Coaching programs work really well, rather than a one-off session as you can work on and build on something bigger over time to ensure that you get some really great results. Programs can be between 3 – 10 sessions or you may decide to invest in yourself each month to keep yourself on track and work on all areas of your life and business. The most successful people in the world use coaches to keep themselves at the top of their game. It is far easier to reach the top with the assistance of another person than on your own. With a coach you always have someone who has your back, who you can check in with, someone who will always support you and who cares about your long-term success.
